The flavours of the elegant apéritif, captured as soft-centred blackcurrant truffles. To create our take on the Kir Royale, our chocolatiers combined real Mercier Champagne and Crème de Cassis with real whipping cream. A squeeze of blackcurrant juice delivers an authentic fruity zing, all wrapped up in smooth 70% dark chocolate and presented in a purple-hued cacao shell. The result? A big hit of juicy blackcurrant and a gentle warming finish of Champagne, beautifully balanced in a silky ganache centre. The ideal treat for fans of tipsy truffles or fruity recipes.

Deep, intense yet unbelievably smooth, we create our house dark with the highest quality cacao, allowing you to taste all the intricate multi-layered flavour notes of the cacao bean. A dark incarnation of our bestselling Champagne Truffles, our Kir Royale truffles are panned to create a vivid purple-hued cacao shell, made – as with all our recipes – with no artificial colours.
