Chocolate and orange is a classic combination, which is why our chocolatiers wanted to create their own citrus-cacao creation — but with a twist. At Hotel Chocolat, we only ever use natural ingredients, so of course we had to use real orange in our Chocolate Orange pots. We think it makes all the difference.
And our cocoa? We grow lots of the beans that make it into our chocolate on our very own Rabot estate in St. Lucia. Our cacao trees love the tropical climate and fertile soil here and you can taste the quality in every mouthful.
Plus, we’ve created these pots in line with our “More cocoa, less sugar” mantra, which means you’ll enjoy a deep chocolate taste full of rich, complex notes. Adding too much sugar dulls the cocoa’s unique taste.
