Order Processing
Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that it is on its way.

Delivery Destinations
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Successful Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We recommend using an address where someone is likely to be available to receive the parcel, such as a home or work address.
If no one is available, our delivery partner may leave your parcel in a safe place, leave a card with instructions, or attempt redelivery. The specific procedure will depend on the service selected and the carrier’s policy.

Click & Collect
We currently do not offer a Click & Collect service from our fulfilment centre.
International Delivery
We are unable to offer delivery to addresses outside of the United Kingdom at this time.
